南国岁暮,虽无纷飞大雪,但潮湿的寒意仍渗入空气,丝丝缕缕,缠裹身骨。这般天气里,只有热气氤氲、汤水滚沸的锅物,方能妥帖地抚慰身心。

汤底以海鲜清鲜为韵,铺上贵州腊肉的深沉烟熏,再交织西班牙chorizo的醇厚脂香,层层推展,丰盈交叠。樱花虾制成的XO酱点化出咸鲜灵魂,又融汇五种番茄慢萃出的浓醇精华,入口饱满而温润。

虽以葡国海鲜锅Cataplana为灵感,滋味却恍若潮汕海鲜粥那般亲切绵软。我们投入鲜甜弹嫩的海螯虾与胶质软糯的花胶,一口下去,尽是满足。再加一小撮腌渍萝卜干,爽脆微咸,恰是那点睛一笔,叫人欲罢不能。

当远渡重洋的葡式暖锅,遇见广东巷陌的烟火人情,交融出的这一锅暖意,也便成了夜色里,献给每一位在城市中奔波身影的温柔回响。

Our soup builds its depth from the sea—seafood broth layered with smoked Guizhou ham and Spanish chorizo. Sakura shrimp XO sauce adds a savory punch, while a blend of five tomatoes lends round, velvety richness.

Inspired by Portugal’s Cataplana yet reminiscent of Chaozhou seafood congee, the pot is loaded with sweet lobster tail and soft fish maw. A touch of pickled radish balances each spoonful with a salty, crisp finish.

Where Portuguese winter comfort meets Guangdong’s vibrant street-food spirit, this pot becomes a hearty, warming tribute to everyone spending their evenings in this city.
