日本北陆石川县金泽的米鞠产物很是有名,我们用酱油鞠加上蓝纹芝士来腌制牛肉使其有酱油的酱香味的同时又附有芝士的奶香味。 我们用洋葱浓缩酱汁与牛高汤制成类似寿喜烧味型的酱汁。在搭配上新鲜的胡椒与现磨的山葵。最后搭配上炭烤的舞茸与皇帝菜酱。 醇香的味道非常迷人。

The Koji products from Kanazawa in Ishikawa Prefecture, Hokuriku, Japan, are exceptionally renowned. We marinate beef with shoyu koji and blue cheese, infusing it with the savory aroma of soy sauce while adding creamy notes of cheese.  

We prepare a sukiyaki-style sauce using onion reduction and beef broth. This is complemented by fresh peppercorns and freshly grated wasabi. Finally, it is served with charcoal-grilled maitake mushrooms and a garland chrysanthemum purée. The rich and aromatic flavors are utterly captivating."
